Our Story
A Veteran-Owned Ninth Circuit Process Server
9th Circuit Process Serving was founded by Manuel Martinez and Milangela Hernandez to give attorneys, businesses, property managers and individuals a dependable Ninth Circuit process server. Today, our Saint Cloud-based family business provides professional process serving throughout Orange and Osceola Counties.
After more than 28 years of service in the United States Army, including five combat tours, Manuel brought the same discipline, preparation and sense of duty to process serving. Together, Manuel and Milangela built a company where clients can reach real people, receive timely updates and know that every assignment is handled carefully. As a result, clients receive service backed by discipline, accountability and local support.
Moreover, we understand that each document represents a real case, a real deadline and a client who needs dependable answers. Therefore, we review each assignment carefully, plan diligent attempts and document the work thoroughly. In addition, we communicate clearly with clients from intake through completion.
